Joe Mazzeo, legendary Sea Cliff barber (formerly of historic Bart's Barbershop), is now offering barber services by appointment only. Bart's Barbershop, founded by Joe's father, Bartolomeo Mazzeo, in 1934 was a treasured Sea Cliff village fixture for almost 90 years until it closed during the Pandemic. After more than six decades of doing what he loves most--connecting with customers of all walks of life over an old fashioned haircut or a shave--Joe the Barber could not remain retired for long. By popular request, Joe now offers limited in-home services by appointment only. Different scenery, same small-village feel and signature warmth from Sea Cliff's most legendary barber.
